The Berkshire Asbestos Support Group is dedicated to providing support and advice for local sufferers of asbestos related illnesses and for their families.
Join us for tea and a friendly chat on the last Wednesday of every month at Abbots House in Reading. At these meetings we can provide support, advice and assistance on:

links with local solicitors who can assist you with these types of claims;

and, most importantly, a friendly person for you to talk to.

Asbestos is a naturally occuring mineral, previously used in Industry for its heat and sound resistant properties. For more information click here.
There are several respiratory illnesses associated with asbestos including; Mesothelioma, Lung Cancer, Asbestosis, Pleural Thickening and Pleural Plaques. For more information click here.
If you suffer from an asbestos related illness and have been exposed to asbestos through your current or previous employment or have been indirectly affected by the activities of others, you may be entitled to claim compensation. For more information click here.
